We only have Tertiary qualified, Senior level executives in our group - we dont belive in having inexperienced people working to find our clients most valuable resource - people. We don't advertise- we believe that advertising is a strategy used by recruitment companies to build their brands - it doesn't find clients the best people. We carry out a confidential, research driven process for each assignment, ensuring that we engage the best candidates available from within a targeted market. We have invested heavily in the latest research techniques. We believe that Advertised recruitment achieves sub-optimal responses. Our aim is to find the best people by undertaking a comprehensive new search each time. We have an extensive global network with Offices in London and a growing presence on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.This network utilises the largest and most up to databases of Professionals from around the globe. We work with one company in any given market setor and therefore have No Conflict of Interest when placing candidates - our objective is to find the best person for our client. Where we do have a conflict of Interest we will declare it. Each one of our consultants and researchers work on a small number of assignments at any given time to ensure better outcomes for clients. Our Research Hours to Assignment ratio is the most Intensive in the Industry and this produces superior search results. We do not approach employees of our clients - we have our clients best Interests at heart. We can work on a fixed fee, agreed at the start of each assignment. This means we are totally objective and have no vested interest in lobbying for candidates who command higher salaries. Our clients enjoy a thorough debrief on completion of an assignment. Identified Talent within our client's competitors is continually monitored. Our approach is personal and totally confidential. Because we don't advertise 90% of our business comes from referrals. |
